Breakthrough Parenting: Moving from Struggle to Cooperation is a unique 10-week course for parents where you learn advanced skills to replace the outdated permissive and authoritarian methods that don’t work well with today’s children.  Great for Dads and Moms alike! 

The award-winning Breakthrough Parenting program is presented by James A. Schweikert, Certified Parenting Instructor, and is based on Dr. Jayne A. Major’s practical research and real-life experience in training over 19,000 parents. She is a nationally known, award-winning parent education expert and author of six books including Breakthrough Parenting: Moving from Struggle to Cooperation.  It offers an in-depth understanding of the underlying causes of children’s behavior, and proven methods that can turn power struggles into cooperation virtually overnight.

This class, long respected by the courts, features dramatizations of discipline situations that demonstrate
what works with difficult problems. These dramatizations and role-play show ideas and tools for effective
discipline, improved achievement and modeling appropriate behaviors and skills.
 

 You can greatly increase your own skills and knowledge, build your children’s self-esteem, better understand how they think, teach self-discipline, and resolve conflicts more easily.
